Service Charge - A 25% service charge and sales
tax will be added to you total final bill including food and beverages. The service charge includes setup, linens, clean up
and gratuity.
Deposits
- In order to reserve your day and time, a $250.00 (non-refundable). The deposit
is applied toward you final bill and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Guaranteed Number
- A guarantee
of the actual number of guests attending your function is required 7-days in advance. Your minimum charge will be
based on your guarantee. This number may be increased but not decreased within 7-days of your event start time.
Your final charge will include any additional guests over your guarantee.
Off-site Catering
- Rental charges
will be added for any off-site catering that require tables, chairs, china, flatware, and glassware.
Payment - Final
payment is required 24 hours prior to the event. Any remaining charges shall be settled at the end of the event. Due to the
rising cost of doing business by credit card, payment is requested in the form of check or cash. In the event that a credit
card is used a 5% surcharge will be added to the charged amount.
Prices - All prices are subject
to change. While we make every effort to keep our website up-to-date, all published prices should be considered estimates
until a formal written quote is provided.
